Robert Chavez is a married father of five children and in his spare time enjoys training and participating in triathlons. He is an impressive healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical operations, academic medical business administration, business and strategic planning, and data analytics for decision making. He has served in multiple capacities across the healthcare setting and most recently as the executive director of business planning and analytics at the University of Miami Health System in Florida with 3 hospitals, over 30 satellite facilities, and $1.8 Billion in annual revenues. He is currently serving as CEO of Spine and Wellness Centers of America, where he was recruited to grow a small physician practice to a global brand. His nearly 20 years of healthcare management experience have delivered successes in medical education and patient safety, clinical operations, business planning and development, and executive strategy. He is also co-founder and executive director of ProjectLift, a business development portfolio company devoted to guiding early stage businesses through the various steps of launch and industry acclimation. He was recently named by Techweek to the Miami’s Techweek100 list which honors key influencers in South Florida’s tech ecosystem.
