IB ASHLEY AWARD SCHOLARSHIP

 Is a merit based scholarship that is $500.00 and given to a graduating student from St. Mary's Cathedral in Miami, Florida.  The scholarship sponsors a graduating student that wishes to continue parochial education. The scholarship began when Iboni Ashley Richard's father attended her 8th grade graduation and was overwhelmed with the accolades and support his daughter received during her time there.  Iboni Ashley was blessed to be able to attend St. Mary's because the school helped her family through many rough times, both emotional and financial. This scholarship is the result of the Richards family and the Heredia House Foundation teaming up to give back and for the Catholic community to continue furthering parochial school education. The IB ASHLEY AWARD is expected to grow in size.  Anyone interested in participating through support and donations are encouraged to do so.  The scholarship is given every year at the 8th grade graduation at St. Mary's Cathedral.
